Wear your witch’s hat but leave the broomstick at home and let the Tram fly for you.  Portland Aerial Tram will have frightful and delightful family activities from noon to 4pm, including mask painting and crafting for kids.   Dancers from Oregon Ballet Theatre performing in the lobby.
